Plain Toast Products
All our products are checked and checked again before we send them, we careful package them in safe and secure packaging. If you would like to customise an order or add a gift card or unique message please get in touch as we would be more than happy to do this for you.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. All jewellery is made to order, but can usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days. If you need to receive your package any sooner, please let us know. If it’s possible and we can, we will!
Standard UK delivery: Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
International delivery: Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (tracking information available on request).
Next day delivery: We don’t offer this as a standard option, but, if you do require your order by the next day get in touch with us and we will do our best to get it packed and sent out for you. Additional charges will apply for this fast delivery.
All standard delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class 24. Each shipment is logged by Royal Mail and should take 1-2 days to arrive, but it can take up to 5 working days during busy periods.
EU & ROW orders
All items will be sent Royal Mail tracked and/or signed (dependant on what each country offers), to ensure a secure, quick and reliable service. Delivery times will vary, based on the destination, and we can provide a tracking number upon request.
Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient's country - incorrect information can result in packages being returned to us in the UK and we are unable to re-send without an additional postal fee.
We choose the most reliable and economical postal service, to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within a week of dispatch. For non-UK order, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us.
For any returns/exchanges, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. We will need your order number and full name to provide further information & accept your return.
If you receive the item and it is faulty, please get in contact within 14 days & we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.
While we hope that you love what you buy, if you are not happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange/refund.*
Should you wish to return your item to us, please ensure:
- You have contacted us via email within 14 days of purchase
- The item/s are returned within 28 days of purchase
- The goods are unused/unworn, in the same condition as received & in original packaging.
- Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange without a valid receipt.
Please note, you are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via registered mail.

Processing your exchange/refund
You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the original standard shipping charge, but we cannot reimburse you for any return shipping charges, unless the product is faulty.
